Patrick ,our Senior Technician, is seasoned with many computer certifications as well as 25+ years of hands on experience. He runs many businesses around the Quad-city area.

Our Business Manager/Liaison, Heather, organizes the team and keeps everyone moving. She also handles all business estimating, scheduling and coordinating. She also handles our WordPress web design department and business accounts.

Karla is PC WORKS Director of Finance and Human Resources. She also helps with customer service and is Quickbooks certified.

Darrin is an A+, Network+ and Security+ Certified Technician. Darrin has multiple years in customer service in a management position.

Ashley is one of our WordPress web designers. She handles website design, social media accounts, and is an SEO website expert.

Carolyn is our friendly customer service professional. She handles customer satisfaction, returning calls to all customers after their jobs are finished.
