I inadvertently got some adware on my computer the other day that locked it up and wouldn't let me do anything. I called and she walked me through disarming it over the phone. I can't say how grateful I was for the help. If I ever have any issues with my computer, this is definitely where I will take it.

I found this a very professional company that helped me get my computer replaced and I was back in business in less than 24 hours. Took my MacBook to these experts to fix after the Geek Squad (Prescott Store) couldn't get the new version of WORD installed and also destroyed Google Chrome during several remote international logins (Panama, India, and Colombia) attempts. I found Jonah very professional and Zion followed up with a courteous phone call when all had been repaired.PC Works will be my first stop when I'm ready to buy a new computer.
